How to Make the Most AMAZING Bacon and Cheese Waffles
shredded Colby-Jack cheese

Preheat the waffle maker to medium heat.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and combine with the sugar and butter.
Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Whisk the ingredients, and add the milk, ¼ cup Colby-jack cheese, and bacon until the batter is combined.
Spray some cooking oil on the waffle maker.
Pour ½ cup of the batter into the center of the waffle maker and cook until golden.
Place on the plates and garnish with the remaining Colby-jack cheese and bacon.
Serve and enjoy.
The batter can be made the night before and refrigerated.
