How to Make the Most AMAZING Bacon and Cheese Waffles


  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1 Cup milk
  • ½ Cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese
  • ¼ Cup cooked and chopped bacon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • ½ Tsp baking soda
  • ½ Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 ¼ Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsps vegetable oil


  • Preheat the waffle maker to medium heat.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and combine with the sugar and butter.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  • Whisk the ingredients, and add the milk, ¼ cup Colby-jack cheese, and bacon until the batter is combined.
  • Spray some cooking oil on the waffle maker.
  • Pour ½ cup of the batter into the center of the waffle maker and cook until golden.
  • Place on the plates and garnish with the remaining Colby-jack cheese and bacon.
  • Serve and enjoy.


The batter can be made the night before and refrigerated.
