How To Make The Perfect White Queso Dip Appetizer


  • 2 Cups chopped spinach steamed
  • 2 Minced garlic cloves
  • ¼ Cup lemon juice
  • ½ Cup chopped parsley
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • ¾ Cup milk
  • ½ Cup cream cheese
  • ½ Cup sour cream
  • 1 Package white American cheese 12 oz
  • ½ Cup parmesan cheese
  • Drizzle olive oil
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • 1 Lemon cut by half
  • 1 Package nachos


  • Boil the milk in a saucepan, add the spinach, lemon juice, garlic, half the parsley, onion, cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir until the cheese is melted (about 8 minutes).
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and let it cool down at room temperature.
  • When ready to serve, garnish with the remaining parsley, lemon, and some nachos.
  • Serve with nachos and enjoy.


Add some green chili for a spicy kick.
