Curry Chicken Bowl Thai Recipe
Place the chicken in a pot over medium heat and cover with water.
Cook for 10-15 minutes and transfer the chicken to a bowl.
Once cooled down, shred with the help of forks.
Heat a large saucepan over medium heat with the vegetable oil.
Cook the chicken with garlic and salt.
Set the heat to low, and add the curry and milk. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Serve in a bowl with rice, chickpeas, lettuce, and avocado.
Add some hot sauce to amp up the spices.
