S’Mores Cheesecake Recipe

  • 1 ½ cup Marshmallows
  • ¼ cup of chocolate syrup
  • 1 stick of salted butter
  • 2 boxes of S’mores Poptarts
  • Philadelphia Ready to eat Cheesecake filling.
  • ? cup of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract


  • Place Poptarts in a food processor or blender and chop down to a nice crumb.
  • Melt butter and mix with Poptart crumbs and press into the bottom of springform pan to make your crust.
  • In mixer, blend your container of Cheesecake filling, milk, and vanilla extract until soft and fluffy.
  • Layer and spread cheesecake filling into springform pan over the crust.
  • Layer marshmallows over the top of cheesecake filling.
  • Place into the oven for 25 minutes at 335 degrees or until marshmallows are browned and toasted.

  • Place in refrigerator for 25 mins.
  • Slice and serve.
  • **Drizzle chocolate syrup over for some cool flare.
