It’s Monday again! Where’d the weekend go? We had a pretty relaxing one. Hung out around home and lazed around with the occasional cleaning of the house here and there. We watched movies and relaxed. Yesterday we had family over for dinner and got the chance to enjoy each other and really bond. It was nice. Disclosure: This post contains affiliate links.
Last night I came down with an unexpected bout of sickness. It was HORRIBLE! I felt miserable, and this morning I
overslept my husband turned my alarm off for the gym so that I could get more rest. Probably a smart move, considering how horrible I felt.
That won’t stop me from getting my Monday workout in though.
This weekend I came across a kickboxing workout on YouTube that I did right in my living room. It’ll come in handy on those days that I can’t make the gym in the morning. Since our gym doesn’t have a daycare, I have to either go before my husband goes to work or wait until he gets off. The YouTube workout, however, I can do while baby naps, or plays in her bouncer.
Either way, I won’t miss a Monday workout. I know that if I do, I’ve set the pace for my entire week. I have entirely too much work this week, and too many people depending on me, to just slack off.

So I’ll get up out of bed (yes, I am blogging in bed), and drink my morning IdealShake to get my day started. And I’ll push on, no matter how much my body tries to tell me I can’t.
