Bruschetta Chicken Recipe
My recipe for bruschetta chicken is very simple. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, thyme, basil, salt, pepper and vinegar. Once you have it all mixed up, rub the chicken with the spiced vinegar.
In a skillet, heat your olive oil over medium-high heat. This takes about 10 minutes to achieve. Once you’ve made sure that your oil is well heated, add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown. While it’s important to make sure that your chicken is thoroughly cooked, it’s also important to be careful not to overcook your chicken as well. overcooked chicken is dry and near as tasty as moist, juicy, mouthwatering chicken
Overcooking the chicken happens when the heat is too high. The chicken can become tough and dry on the outside, while the inside isn’t fully cooked. In order to master this bruschetta chicken recipe, be sure not to allow your oil to become too hot, in order to avoid this.
Once your chicken is a nice golden brown, and you’ve removed it from the oil, you can serve it and top with tomatoes and cheese. Throw in some cooked potatoes and asparagus on the side, you’ve successfully whipped up a delicious meal in a very short amount of time! This bruschetta chicken recipe is sure to become a new weeknight favorite.
