What do bras and business have in common? Everything!
I recently wrote a blog titled “You Image Is Your Business – Dress For Success“. As if by some divine interference, the clouds cleared, the skies opened and I received two Coobie bras in the mail just days later! Okay, so maybe it’s more likely that the mail lady just dropped off the two review bras I’ve been waiting for… I’ll let you be the judge of that. Either way, to say I was stoked would be an understatement!
Why is this so important?
Because every woman knows that your underclothes play a MAJOR factor in the overall success of your attire. The wrong underclothes can ruin your outfit (think granny panties with yoga pants, or strapped bras with a tube top…then cringe). While we all would like to pretend that our underclothes don’t matter since they’re hidden, that just isn’t the case. When it comes to business, this is amplified by 7 billion. Bra lines and adjusting straps will forever be, unprofessional.
Which brings me to my topic. I received two bras from Coobie; one scoop neck and the other V-neck with lace. Their one-size claims to comfortably fit bra sizes 32A through 36D. I was a bit skeptical of a one size bra, but my skepticism was put to rest after trying it on. The bra was comfy and seemed as if it was tailored perfectly to fit me! If you are a busty woman, you needn’t worry. There is also a full size version fitting up to a size 42D.
These seamless bras are great, as they could work flawlessly under a business casual outfit just as easily as they would at the gym.
There were a couple of awesome features that I noticed right away:
-The straps are removable, allowing you to convert the bra into a strapless at any time you need!
-The bras contain a pouch that allows you to adjust or remove the inner cup padding (ladies who have ever struggled to fix a padding that has folded within a bra without this can appreciate the significance of this).
So Coobie bras are practical and comfortable, but they are also affordable. The two bras I reviewed run around $22. You can also save 25% off your order of $40 or more with the code found here.
Now the only question that’s left….Scoop Neck or Lace? Leave your preference in the comments below!
