Where’d the time go?!?! After having baby number 3, I figured I’d hit the gym and be back to my pre-pregnancy body in no time. It wasn’t that difficult after the second child, so surely doing it again wouldn’t be challenging… right? WRONG! Things aren’t happening as quickly as I expected, and it’s time to take some serious measures. A 30 Day Summer Body Challenge is definitely in order!
The thing that I failed to realize this time around was how much less time I’d have juggling two children under three. While before I used to happily hop out of the bed at the butt crack of dawn to head to the gym for an early morning workout class, I now find myself clinging to the covers savoring every moment of sleep I can, before the daily routine begins. For the 30-day summer body challenge, I knew I’d have to get creative in my approach. I had to find a way to achieve the results I wanted, without it taking a lot of time!

This challenge is for anyone who would like to improve their fitness and overall health by spending a few minutes each day doing some targeted exercises that will allow you to tone and tighten your body, helping you to feel confident in the skin you’re in.
